If you don't know Shen, then please do so now. i've been following her for about a year, but only NOW, on her 2nd year, have i ever joined her contests--or anyone's, really. and that's mainly because i've never really been active with my beauty blogging..and the fact that i've always thought i was too young to join (since i am just 16). but i've had this blog for about 2 months now (but only started posting in Feb, haha! bad me), and when i read her blog entry, i was just ecstatic. i've always wanted to join a contest, and now here's my chance!
(though idk if i can' join just yet.. since currently, my blog is only 2 months old. but in april, it'll be 3! and that's the qualifications...so since it happens during the contest...does it count? haha!)
